Sirona care & health is recruiting registered nurses to join Henderson Rehab Unit, Grace Care Centre, Thornbury. You will deliver individualized nursing and rehabilitation care in a 19-bed unit as part of a multidisciplinary team, aiming to restore independence and improve quality of life.
You'll assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with orthopaedic, frail elderly, post-surgery and neurological conditions, ensuring dignity, safety and patient-centered outcomes.
