In this Diabetes and Vascular lead role, you will:
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals with complex podiatric needs.
- Work autonomously and as part of a wider MDT across a range of community settings.
- Support the continuous improvement of clinical pathways within:
- High-risk foot care (diabetes and vascular)
- Complex Wound Care
- Act as a source of expert advice and clinical leadership across the podiatry team.
- Supervise and mentor podiatry staff, apprentices, students, and other AHP and Nursing colleagues.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit, and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with system partners to ensure equitable, effective care across BNSSG.
