Our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are made up of nurses, therapists, paramedics and support workers who work in an integrated way to support service users on their healthcare journey. As a Community Nurse, you would be welcomed into one of our busy nursing teams to support service users who have nursing needs in their own homes.
We are able to offer a range of flexible working options and are offering part-time and full-time contracts. If your application is successful, this is something we can discuss at interview.
As a Nurse in one of Sirona's INTs, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic and specialist skills supported by a robust competency framework. You will have the opportunity to develop additional competencies within the requirements of the multi-disciplinary approach to the INT.
