Are you organised, proactive and confident working with data and people? We’re looking for an Equipment Administrator to join our Community Equipment team and play an important role in ensuring equipment and medical devices are safely and efficiently managed across BNSSG.
You’ll provide essential administrative support to the Equipment Lead and Senior Equipment Coordinator, maintaining accurate equipment databases, supporting audits and site visits, processing orders and helping to monitor the servicing and location of equipment.
Working with clinicians, patients, carers, local authorities, NHS organisations and external agencies, you’ll handle a range of enquiries and confidential information with professionalism, empathy and discretion.
This is a varied role where you’ll need to work independently, manage competing priorities and use your initiative in a busy environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to improving systems, supporting equipment recycling and ensuring clinicians have access to the right equipment for the people they care for.
If you’re an organised administrator who enjoys a varied role and wants to make a difference to the delivery of community healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.
