Sirona care & health CIC is seeking an Assistant Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Worle Health Centre in Weston-super-Mare. The role operates on a rota from 8am to 8pm over a 7-day period and is part-time with flexible working.
You will work with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other staff, providing patient care, maintaining records in EMIS, and supporting care plans. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
