Sirona care & health CIC is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Burren Intermediate Care Beds Service in Bristol. The role focuses on developing and evaluating a new intermediate care pathway, delivering person-centred rehabilitation and discharge planning.
You will conduct holistic assessments, use advanced clinical reasoning, and work with patients, families and carers to set achievable goals enabling safe transitions and optimum quality of life.
