Sirona care & health is seeking Specialist Community Public Health Nurses to join our Health Visiting service across Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos. You will empower families, deliver the Healthy Child Programme, and work with partners to improve child outcomes while traveling across a wide area.
We offer a 6-month preceptorship, regular clinical supervision, safeguarding support, and access to training opportunities within BNSSG. Car access is required for visiting multiple locations.
