NHS@Home is expanding its community care in Bristol and surrounding areas. We are seeking a Nurse or Paramedic to join the NHS@Home team delivering care at patients’ homes with a mix of face‑to‑face visits, remote monitoring and telephone support.
The role supports a range of conditions, works within a multidisciplinary team, and requires UK registration and driving to travel across BNSSG. Band 5 salary is offered with full‑time hours.
