Sirona Care & Health C.I.C. in Bristol is recruiting a Band 5 Community Children’s Nurse to deliver high quality care for children meeting Continuing Care criteria.
You will work two night shifts weekly and one day shift, with opportunities to pick up additional night shifts. The role involves home and school visits across Bristol, BNSSG, and liaison with multi-disciplinary teams to support families in their own settings.
