The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as the Estates and Facilities Coordinator! You will be key in managing premises issues as they arise and overseeing minor works to ensure premises are compliant, fit for purpose, and meet the needs of the organisation and the community.
A significant part of this role involves working closely with all members of the Estates and Environmental Team, providing senior administrative and project support across all aspects of Estate and Facilities Management functions. This position also offers the chance to develop your skills by taking responsibility for a small portfolio of projects, with support from the Estates Manager and Facilities Manager.
The Estates and Environmental Team collaborates with clinical, operational, and corporate colleagues within Sirona and across the wider system to identify estate requirements for current and future service provision. We aim to provide a safe, modern, and fit-for-purpose estate to meet the needs of our communities across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Provide support and assistance to the AD of Estates and Environmental, Estates Manager, and Facilities Manager.
- Work closely with the other B5 Estates and Facilities Coordinator to support B4 and B3 roles.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting estate utilisation to meet reporting and contractual obligations.
- Monitor FM contracts in line with notice periods and provide timely advice during contract renewal negotiations.
- Deputise for the Estates Manager and Facilities Manager and provide cover to the team where appropriate.
- Assist with contract reviews and projects related to moves or changes.
- Collaborate with Landlords, Health and Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, and Security teams to ensure all premises are fit for purpose, escalating risks and issues appropriately.
