We are looking for a Band 7 Business Operations Lead to join the Business Management Team within our Specialist Adult Support Services (SASS) division.
Role
In this role, you will work across the entire SASS division as a key member of the Business Management Team; assisting the Business Manager, Associate Director, and Specialist Services Managers to drive and successfully deliver the following:
- Service and quality improvement within SASS services by leading and contributing to audits, reviews, and improvement projects.
- Management and monitoring of all areas of contract compliance and performance reporting through understanding, operating, and overseeing the use of various systems and processes to help the division achieve its priorities.
The Role Will
- Work closely with services to support the achievement of contractual and quality outcomes (initially focusing on supporting one of our Specialist Services through a period of transformation).
- Lead and manage the effective introduction of equitable and consistent changes within services, ensuring benefits are realized and captured.
- Contribute to and deploy robust systems and processes to improve contract performance and operational efficiency, ensuring consistency across all SASS services.
- Support strategic management, business planning, and development.
- Contribute to the management and development of the Business Management team and administrative staff across SASS to ensure resilience, consistency, and long-term sustainability of services.
You Will
- Use management techniques to influence, shape culture, and develop services and staff through training and coaching to achieve positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues such as SASS Managers, Clinical Leads, Business Partners, Operational Service Leads, and Corporate Services to develop and monitor service delivery, finance, and performance across all services and locations.
- Develop excellent working relationships at all levels across BNSSG SASS services, including operational services.
