Our Integrated Network Teams are made up of nurses, therapists, paramedics, and support workers who work in a holistic way to support service users on their healthcare journey.
As a Bank Community Nurse you will be welcomed into our busy nursing teams to support service users who have nursing needs in their own homes. All Bank workers joining Sirona to work within our Adults services will be offered the opportunity to attend and complete an extended induction. This induction covers various clinical essentials to role training sessions which will be completed via eLearning, face‑to‑face training sessions over a 2 or 4‑week period. Further details will be provided to successful candidates at offer stage.
We are currently recruiting Bank staff to work in the South Gloucestershire area. As a Nurse in the Integrated Network Team (INT), you will work within a multi‑disciplinary team to provide holistic and specialist skills supported by a robust competency framework. You will have the opportunity to develop additional competencies within the multi‑disciplinary approach to the INT. Due to the diversity of need in our localities, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills through training and in‑team support in a range of nursing interventions.
Working in a community setting gives you the unique ability to really get to know your caseload and tailor your interventions in a holistic, person‑centred way.
