Siro are recruiting for a premier UK carpet manufacturer for an Area Sales Manager to cover Kent, Essex, Surrey and parts of London area.
The role is to develop Carpet sales opportunities and Carpet sales through establishing contacts and working relationships with Architects, Building Interior designers and End User Practices.
The following qualities would be required:
- Effective communicator to both professional technical users and creative designers.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
- Successful negotiating abilities and demonstrative presentational skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with initiative and drive.
- Able to work without close supervision.
It is important that the applicants can demonstrate experience of generating specifications through Architects, Building Interior designers and End User Practices.
The ideal candidate will have a background and working knowledge of commercial interiors, textiles, Architect practices, end users and developers. The right individual will ideally have a minimum of 5 years sales experience in order to be considered for the role.
