Siro are recruiting on behalf of a well established interior fit out company for a tenacious Business Development Executive with experience in the business/commercial furniture industry. This is a field based role covering the Midlands area. The position offers excellent basic salary and OTE, company car, pension etc.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of selling through architects, main contractors, specifiers, end users
- Passion for interiors and furniture
- Tenacious and resilient with demonstrable business acumen
- Professional and presentable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to demonstrate ability to drive sales and margin performance
- Great IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- A mature approach to intelligent consultative selling
- A focus on developing strong relationships both internally and externally
- A desire to deliver service excellence at every customer touch point
