The ideal candidate for this job will have strong social skills and be very well organised. We are recruiting for a receptionist/admin to work in our team providing support for the Nursery School and Children’s Centre. The candidate will have:
- A warm and welcoming manner
- The ability to work as part of a team, using their own initiative
- The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a school
- Knowledge of using Bromcom or similar school information system, or be willing to learn this
- Be well organised and able to co-ordinate events and meetings
- Be able to use their initiative and be enthusiastic about the role
- Have excellent written and spoken English, which are essential for the role
- Be familiar with using Google Drive, or be willing to learn
