We are part of the New Vision Trust, which is a dynamic MAT of good and outstanding schools. Our school site includes bespoke training rooms and excellent classroom accommodation.

The successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent communication, people skills and initiative
  • High standards of literacy and numeracy (minimum ‘A’ level or level 3 standard equivalent but graduates are preferred)
  • A professional manner and be smartly dressed
  • The willingness to work flexibly and collaboratively as required

The role will involve working with classes, groups or on a 1‑1 basis. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to sit a literacy and numeracy test as part of the interview process. This role is not exempt from ROA 1974. A self‑disclosure is required for this post, as well as an enhanced DBS certificate and barred list check. Please note an online search will be conducted on all shortlisted candidates.
