Kay Rowe Nursery School & Children's Centre is seeking a Family Engagement Worker to support families with children aged 0–5.

The role involves outreach, home visits, and delivery of evidence-based programmes, with a focus on home learning, infant relationships, perinatal mental health and parenting capacity.

You will assess needs, develop family plans, input into practice guidance and ensure accurate recording while working across multiple child-centres.
