You will play an important role in strengthening colleague engagement across SiriusPoint. The role focuses on creating meaningful, engaging and well‑planned internal communications that support the right behaviours, reinforce our values, and help colleagues feel informed, connected and valued.
Your Responsibilities
- Content creation & storytelling: Create engaging internal content that strengthens connection, celebrates success and reinforces culture. Help tell colleague stories and highlight experiences, achievements and initiatives across the business. Use a mix of written, visual and digital formats to keep content fresh, relevant and engaging. Ensure content aligns with SiriusPoint’s tone of voice, values and strategic priorities. Support the creation, publishing and maintenance of content on SiriusPoint’s intranet (SharePoint), helping ensure information is easy to find, engaging and up to date. Help introduce and grow engagement on Viva Engage, supporting internal storytelling, leadership visibility and meaningful colleague connection. Where appropriate, support the sharing of internal stories externally, helping showcase colleague experiences and culture to wider audiences.
- Employee engagement & internal campaigns: Support the planning and delivery of SiriusPoint’s employee engagement survey, including communications, coordination and follow‑up activity. Work with stakeholders to help translate survey results into clear insight and practical actions that improve colleague experience. Help plan and deliver internal communication campaigns that support engagement, culture and key business priorities.
- Recognition platform support: Help manage and maintain SiriusPoint’s recognition platform to ensure it is used consistently and effectively across the Group. Support campaigns and content that encourage recognition as part of everyday ways of working. Track engagement and contribute ideas to improve how recognition is experienced.
- Partnership with ERGs and committees: Work closely with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Social and Charity Committees to support communications around events, campaigns and initiatives. Help increase visibility and participation by showcasing activity and impact across the Group. Contribute to communications that help colleagues feel represented, included and valued.
- Governance, consistency & measurement: Support a consistent and joined‑up approach to internal communications across regions and teams. Maintain planning calendars and simple frameworks to support delivery. Use feedback and engagement insight to help continuously improve internal communications.
