Are you a confident and effective HR Professional, with solid HR Generalist experience and coaching skills to work within a people-focused, Global leading business? Do you have the ability to manage projects through to completion with minimal supervision and the ability to meet realistic deadlines whilst managing multiple activities?
You will be working in a small supportive team, leading HR business processes for the site, organisational unit or corporate functional area and be responsible for delivering management and employee advice. You will be confident in dealing with ER issues and will be involved in various new HR projects. This Senior HR Generalist role is Ashford based and offers HYBRID working and flexible working hours (37) over 5 days (office based 2-3 days per week) FTC Contract (12-15 months maternity cover).
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will:
- Lead human resources business processes for the site, organisational unit or corporate functional area, and ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct or support staffing and recruiting processes.
- Collaborate with business partners to solve problems and resolve conflicts in a creative, responsive and pro-active manner.
- Represent management in investigating, answering, and settling grievances.
- Report and maintain HR systems/databases, records and postings ensuring compliance and integrity and data extraction.
- Take ownership of performance management and employee relations (policy/procedure interpretation).
- Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
With your strong HR generalist experience, up-to-date knowledge of employment law, CIPD level 5 qualification, and advanced HRIS/data reporting skills, you will find this opportunity and organisation varied, as well as highly rewarding.
