We are partnering with a growth, transformative business to appoint an HR/Recruitment Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering an efficient, compliant and people-focused HR service with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. This is a varied and handsāon role suited to someone who enjoys pace with the opportunity to add impact and value on recruitment at a pivotal time of expansion.
Key Responsibilities for this HR / Recruitment Coordinator role include:- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the endātoāend recruitment process from advertising through to offer for roles at all levels.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication and ATS updates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and oversee agency engagement where required.
- Deliver a smooth and structured onboarding process through to probation completion.
- Track recruitment metrics and support ongoing improvements to hiring practices.
- Compliance & Best Practice
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activity aligns with UK employment legislation.
- Uphold confidentiality and support DE&I initiatives within the hiring process.
- Learning & Development
- Support the assessment of training needs across the organisation.
- HR Data & Reporting
- Produce HR dashboards, KPI reports and analysis for senior leaders.
- Contribute data insights to HR projects and planning.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
- Prepare HR documentation, letters and lifecycle administration (new starters, leavers, changes).
- Support payroll administration and benefit processes.
- Provide firstāline HR query support across the business.
- Performance & Engagement
- Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to wider HR projects and continuous improvement activity.
- Experience in a similar HR coordination or recruitmentāfocused role.
- Understanding of UK employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Flair for new ideas and proāactivity.
