Do you want to bring your payroll experience to a thriving Global Company, focused on driving their people and culture agenda, as an amazing place to work? You will be reporting to an HR Manager and will be responsible for providing an efficient and accurate payroll service for its UK employees.
This Payroll Advisor role is Office-based in Mid Kent.
Some responsibilities of the Payroll Advisor position:
- Collate & send monthly payroll instructions for c 100 staff to payroll provider and check that they are processed correctly.
- Check & manage the payroll portal.
- Resolving any staff queries and liaising with HR.
- Collating data on holidays and sickness, and calculating changes to pay.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits (including but not limited to Company cars, pension and expenses) accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Working with the HR Manager on pay increases and salary modelling.
