This role will be a minimum of 3 days a week requirement on-site in offices near Maidstone, with a requirement to flex for more as they move to busier periods of the process.
Are you immediately available to start a day rate Interim assignment on 30th April until mid/end of July? You will be supporting the HR team during a restructuring process.
Some responsibilities of the HR Advisor / HR Business Partner include:
- General support for a restructure / redundancy process
- Supporting the collective consultation process – participating in meetings, taking minutes, helping to facilitate setting up the consultation committee / balloting if needed
- Participation in individual consultation meetings / supporting managers
- Administrative support / actions throughout the process
- Supporting with any associated grievances / ER issues
- Support exit processes / outplacement support as required
