Are you a strong HR generalist, able to deliver HR projects that support growth and continuous improvement? We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead a proactive HR business partnering function, strengthen organisational capability, and support business growth in a collaborative and people-focused environment. Reporting into a Global Group HRD, you will also be responsible for a small HR team.
The HR Manager role:
- Lead, support and develop the HR team, creating a positive, collaborative culture
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and transition
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and enhance the employee experience
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, disciplinaries and grievance matters
- Partner with managers on learning and development, including training needs and budget management
- Manage HR operations, overseeing payroll processes and employee records for accuracy and compliance
- Support international colleagues and projects across multiple locations
- Analyse HR metrics to inform business decisions and continuous improvement
About you:
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) or substantial relevant experience
- Significant HR experience, ideally at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Collaborative, solutions-focused, with strong communication and organisational skills
