Are you the go-to person for your HR team for systems and data? Can you automate processes and improve functionality through your HRIS and data? A sector-leading, customer-focused organisation is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to take ownership of its HR systems and reporting capability. This is a hybrid opportunity within a really supportive, forward-thinking People Services team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and improving processes across the employee lifecycle. Our Client is at the start of implementing a new HRIS, which you will play an integral part in, reporting into a People Partner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as lead administrator for the HR system, ensuring optimal functionality
- Driving automation and continuous improvement across people processes
- Managing the LMS and monitoring mandatory training compliance
- Producing KPI dashboards, statutory returns and ad hoc insight
- Supporting pay review activity through accurate data and calculations
- Maintaining self-service functionality and resolving user queries
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs
- Running internal audits to support legal and best practice compliance
- Supporting People Strategy projects as required
What we’re looking for:
- Strong HRIS super user and understanding of back-end data structures
- Advanced Excel and confident statistical reporting skills
- Ideally, experience producing BI and people analytics
- Good understanding of HR metrics and employment legislation
- Comfortable with improving processes and challenging the status quo
- Proficient across MS Office
