Have you worked with HR systems and people data, ensuring accuracy and producing meaningful reports? This is a broad and hands-on People Officer role within a well-established, multi-site organisation. Working closely with the Group Head of People, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of the people agenda. This role offers real variety, exposure across the full HR lifecycle, and the chance to build solid foundations for a long‑term career in HR.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees
  • Providing guidance on policies, procedures, contracts and general HR matters
  • Supporting onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Managing and maintaining HR systems, including acting as administrator for the ATS (Eploy)
  • Supporting recruitment activity and coordinating with hiring managers and agencies
  • Producing and analysing people data and monthly reports
  • Assisting with employee relations casework alongside senior HR colleagues
  • Coordinating learning and development activity, including apprenticeships
  • Supporting HR projects and group‑wide initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, systems and records

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a HR or People role (minimum 18 months or relevant placement)
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Confidence working with HR systems and data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
