Sirius Search is partnering with our Charity client to recruit a People Services Administrator (HR Administrator) to join their People Services function on a one‑day‑per‑week basis. Our client is a well‑established, purpose‑led organisation with a strong focus on people, values and community impact. They are committed to inclusive practices and high standards, and this role plays an important part in supporting their people strategy.
The HR Administrator Opportunity
- Support recruitment processes, ensuring Safer Recruitment compliance.
- Assist with training coordination and record‑keeping.
- Maintain accurate HR and L&D systems and documentation.
- Work as part of a collaborative HR team, contributing to shared goals.
- Support and contribute to HR system implementation projects.
- Assist with Induction coordination and participation.
- Deliver efficient HR administration across the employee/volunteer lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD part‑qualified (or studying).
- Strong knowledge of Safer Recruitment and compliance frameworks.
- Experience using HR & L&D IT systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent IT skills, including Teams, SharePoint and AI, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Experience of enabling inclusive recruitment practices.
- Great customer service.
- Accuracy whilst working at pace.
