Sirius Search Limited in the UK is seeking an HR Advisor to provide day-to-day HR delivery across two sites. You will be the go-to contact for managers, delivering employee relations support and enabling engagement with a HRBP based at the Head Office.
You will coach managers on policies and legislation, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage sickness, and liaise with Occupational Health as needed. A CIPD Level 5 is preferred, with a strong focus on development.
