Sirius Search are partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organisation, underpinned by a skilled and experienced workforce with a clear commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for the individuals and communities it supports, to appoint a Part-time Regional Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site environment.
This is a hands-on role within a collaborative People team, responsible for delivering a smooth and efficient recruitment process across a range of roles. You will manage the full hiring cycle, including:
- Advertising vacancies
- Sourcing candidates
- Coordinating interviews
- Issuing offers
- Overseeing onboarding and compliance checks
You will also support managers with workforce planning and ensure accurate data management across recruitment systems.
