Salary: Β£55,000 - Β£60,000 DOE

As People & Culture Manager, you will be the HR lead for the UK region, reporting to the Operations Director with a dotted line into the Global People & Culture Director. This is a hands-on, visible and impactful role for someone who enjoys owning the full people agenda and making a tangible difference to the business and its people.

The role will include:

  • Leading and coordinating day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to regional leaders on all people-related matters, providing coaching and guidance on people management, team development and organisational change
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies as the business continues to grow
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits to ensure the business is an employer of choice
  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive working environment
  • Promoting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the region
  • Supporting succession planning and identifying talent needs in partnership with regional leaders
  • Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to align practices, share best practice and lead or contribute to wider group HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies across the region

About you:

  • Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or factory environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems and strong data management skills
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels
  • An understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent, a master's degree or additional HR certification would be advantageous
