This is a true generalist role where you will have real ownership and influence across all areas of HR, working closely with a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team.

The role will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on employment law, HR policy and best practice
  • Leading and supporting complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
  • Coaching and upskilling line managers to build people management capability across the business
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment activity as the business continues to grow
  • Supporting organisational change, restructuring and business improvement projects
