This is a broad and hands-on People Officer role within a well-established, multi-site organisation. Working closely with the Group Head of People, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the people agenda. This role offers real variety, exposure across the full HR lifecycle, and the chance to build solid foundations for a long-term career in HR.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees
- Providing guidance on policies, procedures, contracts and general HR matters
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Managing and maintaining HR systems, including acting as administrator for the ATS (Eploy)
- Supporting recruitment processes
