What You'll Be Doing

  • Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models
  • Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines (XY2 & Leadwells)
  • Using Siemens controls (essential)
  • Fusion 360 experience desirable but not essential
  • Taking jobs from programming through to completion, including quality checks
  • Supporting breakdown work and quick-turnaround jobs
  • Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors
  • Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency
