What You'll Be Doing
- Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models
- Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines (XY2 & Leadwells)
- Using Siemens controls (essential)
- Fusion 360 experience desirable but not essential
- Taking jobs from programming through to completion, including quality checks
- Supporting breakdown work and quick-turnaround jobs
- Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency
