Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + overtime (OTE up to £56,000)

Shift: Straight Nights – 46 hours over 4 nights

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models
  • Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis machines (XY2 and Leadwells)
  • Using Siemens controls (essential)
  • Fusion 360 experience desirable (but not essential)
  • Taking full ownership of jobs from programming through to completion
  • Carrying out your own quality checks
  • Supporting breakdowns and urgent turnaround work
  • Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors
  • Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in a fast-moving shop
