Permanent Position Straight Day Shifts & early finish on Fridays £13.25 an hour - 40 hour week. Our client is an established sheet metal engineering company based in Redditch. Due to an increase in their order book, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator/Assembler to join their Fabrication Department. The role is a permanent, full-time role, you will have the opportunity to prove your exceptional fabrication skills and contribute to the production of high-quality components. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about their craft and eager to be part of a dynamic team.
What you can expect:
- Hands-on fabrication work in a supportive, team-based environment.
- Using hand tools, drilling, tapping, deburring and most importantly, MIG & TIG Welding to fabricate and assemble components to customers' specifications.

- Proficiency in Drilling, Tapping, Deburring, and Machining.
