Senior Fabricator in Coventry

Permanent Role! Location: Coventry Salary: £21-22ph Hours: full-time 40hours p/w Monday - Thurs 07:15 - 16:30 & Fridays 07:15 - 12:15   We are working with a sub-contract sheet metal fabrication business in Coventry, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Fabricator to join their established and successful manufacturing team.  The Senior Fabricator will be reporting to the Production Manager.   About the Role   This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is confident working from engineering drawings and specifications.   Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble components to a high standard Read and interpret engineering drawings Report any Health & Safety concerns, missing materials Carry out MIG/TIG welding and general fabrication work Use a range of fabrication tools and equipment safely Ensure work meets quality and customer requirements Support and guide other members of the fabrication team Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment About You Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder Strong MIG/TIG welding skills Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail Good understanding of fabrication processes and workshop practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team A reliable, professional and safety-focused approach In return you can expect to receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including increasing holiday entitlement, working a straight day shift with early finish on Fridays.
