CNC / CAD Programmer – Permanent Role Rugby | Up to £40,000 + Overtime | Days Only Why This Role Stands Out Looking for a CNC / CAD Programming role where your skills actually matter? This is a rare opportunity to join a highly skilled breakdown and reverse-engineering shop where no two jobs are the same and quality comes before volume. You\’ll enjoy day shifts only, an early Friday finish, excellent overtime opportunities, and a generous holiday allowance that grows the longer you stay. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy solving technical problems under pressure, this role will keep you engaged and challenged. What You\’ll Be Doing Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines (XY2 & Leadwells) Using Siemens controls (essential) Fusion 360 experience desirable but not essential Taking jobs from programming through to completion, including quality checks Supporting breakdown work and quick-turnaround jobs Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency What\’s In It for You Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) Straight day shifts – 38 hours per week Plenty of overtime available, including weekends if desired 33 days flexible holiday, increasing every 5 years Early finish Fridays Annual pay reviews Genuine long-term career progression in a technically demanding environment About the Company A well-established precision engineering and breakdown repair specialist, trusted across multiple industries for fast turnaround, technical excellence, and high-quality reverse-engineered components.
