Permanent Role Competitive Salary Day Shift Permanent Position £27,000 – £30,000 per annum DOE Flexible Holiday Entitlement Free onsite parking Straight Day Shift. I am currently working with a sub-contract sheet metalworking business based in Rugby. Due to growth, they now have a requirement for a Quality Inspector to join their existing Quality team based on the shop floor, working on the standard dayshift pattern. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector will be responsible for: Conducting inspection of complex parts and assemblies using a Hexagon arm and Optical Measurement Machine in conjunction with manual inspection equipment. Completing 1st off and final inspection procedures. Creating and follow inspection plans based on engineering drawings. Programming inspection routines on the Optical Measurement Machine & Hexagon Romer Arm – running Polyworks software. Collaborating with other departments to review internal and external non-conformance. Generating detailed inspection reports documenting findings and recommendations.
