As a Change and Business Readiness Manager, you will embed organizational change that aligns with our mission to provide security and resilience in an uncertain world. You will be the bridge between project delivery teams and business users, crafting change strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change adoption plans using structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
- Design and deliver communications and engagement plans in partnership with communications teams.
- Guide on training strategies and support business readiness activities across multiple projects.
- Measure success through KPIs, OKRs, and benefit realization.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in change management within insurance/reinsurance or related financial services.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle and tools.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Prosci, CMI, or relevant change management certifications preferred.
