Our client is a global travel technology company and they are looking for an exceptional Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager. You will manage a portfolio of business Travel Management Company (TMC) contracts to ensure contract success and maximum uplift. You will also develop relationships with other TMCs, prospecting to ensure inclusion in contract renewals. You must have previous travel industry sales or account management experience, have a hunter mentality and a deep understanding of the business travel technology landscape.
Candidate profile:
- Solid business travel sales leadership and management
- Extensive understanding of business travel technology market landscape
- Proven experience of selling and driving negotiations to a successful close
- Passion and proven success for managing and growing key clients
- Hunter mentality and approach to identifying new business prospects and following through to success
- Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers
- Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space
