They are seeking a highly competent and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of corporate accounts with spend volumes between £250k-£1 million, ensuring client satisfaction, renewal of contracts, profitability, service escalation, and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients, primarily based in London.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and renewal of contracts.
  • Drive profitability and manage service escalations.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team to achieve company goals.
  • Provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
