Role: Head of Project Management
Salary: from £85,000
Location: Portsmouth – Hybrid – onsite 3 days a week
Here at Sirius Analysis we are looking Head of Project Management to join the team to lead our consultancy's P3MO capability and team of P3M specialists as we go through our next phase of growth,

This role offers the opportunity to operate across multiple sectors, including defence, nuclear, space and energy.
The Role:
As a Head of Capability (HoC) and Managing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the consultancy's P3MO capability and team of P3M specialists. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions, oversee multiple client engagements, and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, deep P3M expertise, and business development, with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering impactful results in the defence and or non-Defence sectors. Working with other HoCs on strategic workforce planning and day-to-day tactical resource management to ensure appropriate staffing support to the Bid Pipeline and all Projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. xgikmsk Ensuring the P3MO team deliver end-to-end project management of technical projects according to best practice principles by planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines, timescales and quality.
