We are looking to appoint a Teacher of Emerald Pathway (Primary or Special School) to support students with additional needs through a short‑term, nurturing and highly structured intervention. The role focuses on equipping students with the skills, confidence and emotional readiness to reintegrate successfully into the wider school community.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured intervention sessions for pupils with additional needs.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to adapt curriculum and support students’ reintegration.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular reports to lead teachers, parents and the specialist team.
- Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience working with pupils with additional or special educational needs.
