This is a high-visibility, high-impact position where you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing to introduce Sirion's AI-powered CLM platform to the world's most complex enterprises.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Drive Pipeline Creation: Own inbound and outbound prospecting across targeted enterprise accounts to generate qualified meetings and Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
- Engage Enterprise Buyers: Conduct high-level discovery conversations with multiple buyer personas to uncover pain points and position Sirion's value proposition.
- Execute Strategic Outreach: Leverage multi-channel engagement (calls, email, LinkedIn, social) to drive consistent, high-quality touchpoints using Outreach.io.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and account strategies.
- Build Account Intelligence: Research industries, accounts, and key stakeholders to create compelling, insight-driven outreach.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Drive attendance and engagement for regional and field marketing events, including live participation when required.
- Continuously Optimize: Bring fresh ideas, test new outreach tactics, and continuously refine messaging to improve conversion and impact.
What You'll Need:
- Sales Development Experience: 4+ years of experience in a professional environment; experience in sales development, marketing, or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
- Enterprise Mindset: Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is mandatory.
- Outbound & Inbound Expertise: Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining quality conversations.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills with confident phone presence.
- CRM & Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (Outreach.io preferred).
