Key Responsib ilitiesOwn commercial conversations across your account book β pricing, contract negotiation, expansion deals, and re newals.Drive a $1M annual expansion production target through disciplined pipeline-based s elling.Build and maintain executive sponsorship at Fortune 500 customer accounts; lead the commercial track of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Sell Sirion's full multi-SKU platform β Gen AI, Agents, contract authoring, negotiation, post-signature management, obligations, AI extraction, and analytics β not single-product fe atures.Partner with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in a 2-in-a-box model. CSM owns retention and adoption; you own commercial and expansion. Both are jointly accountable f or NRR.Run a stack-ranked opportunity view of your accounts using expnasion grading; prioritize hunting against high-grade accounts with active expansion s ignals.Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM, refresh quarterly account plans, and contribute to forecast disc ipline.Collaborate with Professional Services on accounts in impleme ntationContribute to Sirion's broader Growth playbook β share field intelligence, refine value propositions, and improve how w e sell. Required Qualif ications15β20 years of total work experience, including senior-level commercia l roles.Minimum 7 years carrying a quota in Enterprise SaaS (named-account selling model).Demonstrated new-logo selling experience β not pure renewal-only or farming background. Comfortable hunting cold pipelines, navigating enterprise procurement, and building executive busines s cases.Hands-on experience selling a multi-SKU platform (three or more products in a single platform offering). Ability to articulate platform value beyond single-product f eatures.One of the following back grounds:Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) β at Icertis, Conga/Apttus, DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, Agiloft, Evisort, ContractP odAi; OREx-Sirion alumni who left in good s tanding.Proven C-level executive engagement experience (CIO, CFO, General Counsel, CPO, COO convers ations).Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or equivalent advanced degree pr eferred.
