Siren is an internationally renowned brewery which has shown significant growth even through 2020. The brewery is known for an interesting and high-quality portfolio of flagship beers, but perhaps even more so for the playful and innovative collaborations and small batch releases which are never afraid to challenge preconceptions.
We are looking for a driven, passionate and ambitious person to join our sales team. You will have direct responsibility for winning new business, growing existing accounts through upselling opportunities and generating solid leads for conversion by our field sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a young business in a fun and dynamic environment. You will need to show you are flexible, hard-working and have a track record in sales along with a knowledge and passion for craft beer.
The position will be primarily based from our Brewery in Finchampstead directly working alongside our sales support exec and the remote field sales team, reporting directly into the Head of Sales. This role comes with great development opportunities to grow into further sales roles within our passionate and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own a strategy for targeting new business through independent research, cold calling, identifying decision makers and pitching our products over the phone.
- Contacting our existing customer base taking orders and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments such as sales support and marketing.
- Clear and timely reporting to head of sales and accurate data input into relevant systems.
- Ownership of your sales targets and personal development plan.
- Keeping and maintaining accurate customer information using the company’s CRM.
- Successful background in a telesales environment is essential.
- Strong sales skills, an understanding of sales as a process coupled with a hunger to win new business is essential.
