Job Description
Salary: £15 per hour
Location: Sir Devonshire Square, City of London
Working Hours: an average of 40 hours per week (5 shifts across Monday to Sunday)
Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the UK’s first hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.
We are now looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who brings a sharp eye for detail, a supportive leadership style, and a genuine desire to keep things sparkling for our guests.

Your Role as Housekeeping Supervisor

Lead the daily allocation of cleaning tasks and support your team to deliver our high standards
Check rooms and public areas to make sure they meet cleanliness and presentation expectations
Help onboard and train new team members
Work closely with Maintenance and Front Desk to make things right when something goes wrong
Keep an eye on stock, from linen to cleaning products, making sure everything is where it should be

What We Are Looking For

Experience supervising a housekeeping or cleaning team in a hotel or similar setting
A natural ability to lead with kindness and clarity in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of health and safety, including COSHH and manual handling
Availability for shift work across weekdays and weekends
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
