Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel which opened in September just steps from Liverpool Street Station, the first UK hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods. We’re now looking for a Head Chef to launch our signature restaurant - someone who leads with confidence, supports team development and keeps the kitchen running like clockwork.
Your Role As Head Chef
- Take a leading role in setting up the kitchen for this exciting new launch – from workflow design to food safety and compliance systems
- Help recruit, onboard, and mentor kitchen team members
- Guide and support the team during service, stepping in across all sections when needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency and high standards in presentation and quality
- Uphold the highest hygiene standards and compliance with health and food safety regulations
- Bring structure, energy, and calm leadership to a fast-paced environment
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen
- Operational know-how and confidence to build systems from scratch
- Calm under pressure, with strong communication and people management skills
- An organised and reliable leader who takes ownership and leads by example
- Someone who is hungry to build a restaurant from the ground up
