Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the first UK hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods. We’re looking for a Front Office Agent who brings warm customer service and a can‑do attitude to create seamless and memorable guest stays.
Key Details
- Salary: £28,200 per annum
- Location: Sir Devonshire Square, City of London
- Working Hours: Full time, average 40 hours per week (4 shifts on, 4 days off)

Role Description
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel at home from arrival to departure
- Keep things running smoothly at the front desk, from check‑ins and check‑outs to taking payments
- Be the go‑to person for local recommendations and guest requests, creating little moments of delight
- Take ownership of bookings and guest communication across platforms like Booking.com and Expedia
- Work closely with the team to keep things clear and under control – even when it gets busy
Qualifications
- Experience in a front‑facing role within hospitality or a similar guest‑centric environment
- A friendly, professional communicator with solid spoken and written English
- Confidence using booking and front office systems such as Opera is a plus
- Someone who is organised, reliable, and takes pride in the details
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
