Cluster People & Culture Manager UK Region

Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods, is expanding. We opened our first London hotel, Sir Devonshire Square, in September last year, and are now supporting the company’s move into Gibraltar with a stunning hotel and two standalone restaurants.

We’re now looking for a Cluster People & Culture Manager for the UK region, responsible for embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, and creating surprising experiences for our team members every step of the way.

About The Role

You’ll be at the heart of our people efforts. Collaborating closely with our department heads across the UK region, you’ll craft strategic plans that align with our business goals. Ensuring a positive experience for teams, you’ll provide timely communication, feedback and support every step of the way. Beyond managing our top talent, you’ll promote our employer brand across social media, job fairs, and charity partnerships. Your commitment to compliance will uphold ethical practices and legal standards.

Responsibilities Include

• Recruitment: oversee job advertisements, applicant screening and selection of future team members; liaising with recruitment agencies and other third-party recruitment partners
• Training & development: develop and facilitate in-house training
• Payroll: Ensure accurate pay rolling and corresponding reporting and analysis
• Provide day-to-day advice to operations managers on all HR-related issues
• Ensure compliance with all local employment laws, health and safety regulations, and all other applicable laws and regulations, as well as ensure all mandatory training and reporting is completed
• Manage P&C team members in London and Gibraltar

About You

You have a passion for hospitality and for creating an excellent guest and employee experience. You’re a self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. You take accountability for achieving results, for attracting and retaining outstanding talent, and for achieving your targets on time and within budget. You are an experienced People & Culture Manager, with a modern approach, and with strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices. The ideal candidate is hands on, can quickly establish credibility and respect, and easily creates strong working relationships. Your approach is positive, enthusiastic and creative. You’ll bring a warm and positive attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
