We are seeking to appoint a dedicated mini-bus driver to support our pastoral team in engaging with students who are persistently absent. The role will involve transporting students from their homes to school, as well as working alongside pastoral staff during home visits to support both the student and their family in improving attendance.

This position is part of an inclusion pilot in partnership with Gloucestershire County Council for a fixed one-year term from 1 September 2026. Subject to the success of the pilot, there is the potential for the role to be extended beyond the initial one-year term.
